Prepares Contracts (Lease and Water) and other Memorandum of Agreements to Locators and Service Providers for review, approval and notarization.
Ensure all Contracts and MOA'S are current and live (PEZA, MCIAA, Locators, Service Providers) by regularly monitoring contract expiry.
Reviews all Contracts and MOA's to ensure compliance of requirements of both parties.
Conducts quarterly team audit and/or records inspection to ensure the team's processes, records and documents are in compliance within standard.
Ensure monthly Service Provider Evaluations are recorded properly and a copy is kept in the centralized repository and requires annual submission of permits and licenses to guarantee compliance of government and Company policies.
Recommends system/process improvements if any on documented process and oversees the preparation of documented procedures and ensures completeness of procedures through a monitoring checklist.
Establish and monitor centralized repository of all information asset
College graduate of any business course or equivalent
At least 1 year experience in contracts management or related tasks
Has experience in project handling (example : Brigada Eskwela)
Able to establish a good working relationship with the locators
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
