What the heck is a Contracts Assistant?
The Contracts Assistant supports the Contracts Manager through the agreement process to manage, organize, review, and provide feedback on agreements and legal documents as well as additional administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, manage, organize, and maintain all legal documents such as NDAs, DSAs, MSAs, Vendor Forms, etc.
Provide detailed critical analysis of document revisions by outlining notables and red flags to ensure the validity of the requested changes.
Review all documents in a timely manner with urgency and scrutiny.
Manage the agreement process from start to finish.
Maintain & analyze metric-based statistics on an ongoing basis.
Handles confidential matters with discretion.
Other tasks as assigned.
