CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
 
FUNCTION: To ensure that payments to contractors & suppliers will not be overstated and understated, contracts & admin payable should be well monitored & checked
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Record, revalidate and process progress billings of contractors
Preparation of Accounts Payable-Aging and Project Costing
Record and Issue check disbursements
Recording and monitoring of intercompany payables
Monitors and updates reports (weekly, monthly & yearly)
Bank transactions (Cash & checks deposit, bill of purchase)
QUALIFICATION:
Preferably Accountancy or any related course graduate
Proficiency with MS Office. Knowledge on Excel Formulae is a PLUS
Knowledge on Basic Tax
Good in interpersonal and analytical skills
Effective time management skills
Honest and trustworthy
