Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
As Contracts Mgt: Responsible to work with the entire project team to develop the overall project contracting plan for all identified contracts.
As Project Controls Head:
Establish the baseline requirements regarding the schedule and resources, accurately record and forecast cost, and provide progress data for the management of the Project.
Conduct timely evaluation of potential cost and schedule hazards and provide input into recommended solutions to the Project Management to achieve the project's schedule and budget objectives.
Planning and establishment of a bidding strategy
Staffing needs
Contractor prequalification and bid list development
MSBL (Master Supplier Bid List) & ITB (Invitation To Bid) development and bidding process
Proposal evaluation and award recommendation
Contract award
Post award contract administration
Claims avoidance, mitigation, and management
Contract closeout
