Your Role and Responsibilities Summary The Contract Management Advisor supports a portfolio for individual contracts to achieve organizational targetsand goals(depending on of contract). The CMA is typically a contract management services subject matter expert and senior advisor to the Contract Commercial Manager, Client Partner Executives, Delivery Partner Executive (DPE),and other account stakeholder leaders. The CMA drives continuous improvement by developing, enhancing and executing contract management processes using standard worldwide systems and tools. Detailed The CMA Take responsibility for the following activities: .Manage contract performance key processes and stakeholder requirements eg. Program issue/risk/contract deliverables/ contract governance reporting etc. on behalf of the Client Partner Executive and be the customer interface in account(s) .Overall ownership and responsibility for the PgMS (Program Management System) processes and associated tools within the account(s)managed .Ensure that the account managed isSOX compliant, audit ready and that the desired business controls posture is achieved .Be the audit/business controls or any other internal review focal point for their accounting relation to Contract Management Advisor accountabilities in these processes/ frameworks .Oversee audit activity associated with the PgMS processes on their assigned account(s) .Participate in governance meetings, workshops and sessions that support the delivery of business services to the account(s)managed .Identify and resolve impediments to client satisfaction .Manage and perform activities which range in frequency from monthly to annually which ensure contract governance audit compliance(eg, SOD, PgMP User revalidation, BOTE,MSAC, baseline definition validations, workstation security etc) .Manage records retention, document filing, archiving and housekeeping for the Q2C (Quote To Cash) CMA processes, in line with corporate policy .Contribute to the continuous improvement of the role and support the Q2C Competency in the deployment of standard tools, process and procedures eg Agile Principles/ Processes/Ceremonies. This also includes exploring and implementing innovations and process improvements Required Technical and Professional Expertise Experience with MS Office Collaborative Tools.
