Job Description
Maintain company Management Reporting System
Run daily reports to ensure financial data is loaded correctly
Follow-up on any production issues
Generate exception reports and work with Finance Partners to resolve issues flag discrepancies between SAP financial data and flag discrepancies between Integrated Grant Management System
Work with vendor to refine/improve the dashboards
Provide any ad-hoc financial management reports and financial analysis
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min Degree in Finance / Accounts or any equivalence
Possess at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting
Knowledge of SAP, Tableau system will be advantageous
Involvement in system automation projects will be advantageous
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines
