Join Our Team as a Contract Administrator & Estimator!Job Overview:We're looking for a meticulous and proactive Contract Administrator & Estimator to support residential construction projects across Sydney. In this role, you'll handle everything from preparing tender packages and coordinating with trades to managing contracts and estimating project costs. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a knack for numbers, and love keeping projects on track - this is your perfect fit.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for various trades and suppliersCoordinate trade contractors and subcontractors throughout all project stagesSet up and lead site meetings with trades and key stakeholdersDevelop tender packages and manage the tendering processPerform quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and prepare budgets for residential buildsMaintain project documentation, contracts, and correspondenceEnsure projects comply with Australian construction standards and regulationsInterpret technical drawings and specifications accuratelyCommunicate effectively with trades and partners via phone and emailRequirementsQualifications / Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related fieldProven experience in contract administration and estimating within the residential construction sectorStrong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and cost controlExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projectsProficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software/toolsFamiliarity with Australian tendering processes and building codesBenefitsWhy Join Us?
