Roles and Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the Contract Admin Support is to take ownership of the company's general administration duties including digital filing, creating google drive folders, maintaining relevant documentation within the GDrive folders, and handling database management in reference to the contract admin pipeline.
The Contract Admin Support must assist Client Care Manager with Solicitors & Mortgage Brokers matters regarding deposits, exchanges and settlement; oversee general administration mailbox; ensure Sales Folders are completed and documents are compliant; provide introductions for new Clients with the external partners and Client Care manager; create Property Reports, follow up and thank you letters.

- Previous administrative experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year college course
