Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Continuous Improvement.
A background and experience in the Aircraft Line and/or Base Maintenance Industry is a definite advantage.
Excellent in business analysis and judgement; translate results into numbers and solutions.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for determining high value solutions to operational problems.
Review and implement innovative technologies to improve business processes.
Identify problems and constraints in the business and understand management solutions that will generate value for the customers.
Develops and maintains awareness/understanding of the market, competitors, trends, and products.
Drive process improvements and ensure that process or procedure changes are communicated.
Engages with senior management regarding the strategic activities for revenue and profitability growth of the business.
