A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Continuous Improvement Champion ensures strategic alignment with end-to-end Leads/Process Optimizers/Market Account Leads for service improvement roadmap and productivity initiatives for the Center. This resource will establish/implement a CI strategy following a common approach to deliver service improvement/process efficiencies, manage and engage all stakeholders, build and monitor progress of improvement initiatives, drive embedding of continuous improvement mindset and competency building strategy to support the business transformation of NBS Manila while delivering business Value for the Market. He / she will act as a single point of contact in the Center for all CI & PA initiatives.
ARE YOU A FIT
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course
Must have a Green / Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
With a minimum of 5 years experience in the deployment of Continuous Improvement initiatives / projects
An expert in stakeholder management highly adept to handle deployment processes
