GFC CEBU
PURPOSE
OF THE JOB:
The Advisor
for Continuous Improvement of GFC Cebu works with site functions/streams to
identify areas for improvement, supports projects or Kaizen workshops, supports
timely implementation of improvement and application of problem resolution
processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify,
analyze and implement Lean Six Sigma improvement opportunities
Lead the
discussion of Balance Score Card and support in looking for ways in improving
the KPI results
Establish
and maintain best practices in KPIs and GFC processes
Identify
non-value added processes and critical process improvement opportunities so
that they
may be targeted for development and/or improvement
Drive the
problem solving process on site and align with other supporting functions.
Qualifications
Six Sigma certified Green Belt, Black Belt preferred or any other Continuous Improvement Certification/Relevant experience i.e. LEAN, PDCA, AES, Value Stream Mapping)
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
At least 5 years of relevant experience in business process improvement or continuous
improvement
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Advanced skills is MSOffice especially MSExcel and MSPowerpoint
Must be willing to work in day/mid-shift
Must be willing to work in Cebu
