The writer/researcher helps shape brand messaging, educates audiences, and enhances marketing efforts through well-researched, engaging copy.What You'll Do:Develop high-quality written content for diverse purposes, including blog posts, articles, marketing materials, and moreEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains consistency, and effectively communicates key messagesManage and administer social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedInDevelop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followershipPlan and curate content specifically tailored for social media platforms, ensuring it is engaging, shareable, and aligned with the overall brand strategyImplement and manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent online presenceMonitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional mannerCultivate and nurture a positive online community around our brandCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and public relations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to content creation and social media managementWork closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content developmentWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Literature, Journalism, or a related fieldProven experience in content creation and social media managementExceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detailFamiliarity with social media trends, platforms, and best practicesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in using social media management toolsWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
