Scope of Work:
-Responsible in updating a product page before it goes live make sure that all aspects of the product page are set up correctly
-Research product features, product description, warranty information, what is in the box and some technical attributes. There may be occasions to confirm correct photos.
-Must get clarification on some new product details
-Research product for features.
-Write accurate and factual description based on Turn5 Style Guide.
-Obtain warranty information and contents of the product.
-Detail certain technical attributes of the product.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Teams
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Strong oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
-Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
-Experience with updating listings
-e-Commerce experience (Back office)
