Primary Role:
- Work on documentation and create contents to connect effectively to the end users.
- Document processes in a client-specified tool, understand pain points, and recommend ways to automate or remove redundancy
- Coordinate with international stakeholders and extract information for processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in IT, Communications, Creative Writing or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience as Technical / Content Writer
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Work from home until further notice but must be amenable to work in Taguig City.
