Assess Content Readiness online Consolidate Product related content and ensure completeness with Market Support Perform quality control checks against brief and channel requirement guidelines to produce error-free work Submit production work for business approval and act on it, Publish content to the required channel (Update or New release) Collaborating with the Content Factory Project Manager and Content Factory Coordinator Support the new market and channel activation by documenting the channel requirement specificities Run periodic report through Global Solution on Content Readiness Analyze gap against single source of data and identify if the error is fair or unfair Propose action plan and suggestion for content readiness improvement based on the finding on the gap Measure eContent performance, perform brand/product gap analysis, provide dashboard to relevant stakeholders and drive corrective action to ensure Best in Class eContent online representation What will make you successful Bachelor's Degree, 2-4 years of experience in the product content area 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, in publishing Product related content Good understanding in Product Master Data Ability to quickly understand eRetailers challenges and specificities Ability to follow Brand Guidelines to double check Product content readiness Understanding of Product related content - Marketing assets, Nutritional information, Logistic Good planning ability and relation to quality deliverables Good understanding of Channel requirements, compatility Good understanding of Digital Assets Abilitiy to deliver against established objectives and deadlines Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel solution
