The function is available in managing the following areas:
Simultaneous management of multiple assignments in various stages of editorial operations workflow and proactively addressing and communicating delays
Regular coordination with partnering stakeholders over day to day activities and production milestones
Conducting root cause analysis and create action plans whenever necessary
Monitoring process documentation for updates and changes.
Identifying improvement and opportunities. Demonstrating continuous improvement mindset
Process specifics:
Maintain accuracy. Completeness and timeliness of all assigned publications and other team deliverables by following best practices, policies, and procedures
Troubleshoot and analyze issues, file necessary query if applicable
Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Other qualifications/requirements
The candidate should be a college degree holder with or without experience
With very strong attention to detail and sharp analytical skills
Communication skills both written and oral should be at least above average in the English language
The candidate must be able to verbalize his thoughts and must be comfortable dealing with foreign partners and counterparts
The candidate must also have a strong multi-tasking skill, time management and ability to address da-to day accountabilities with a sense of urgency
The candidate should be computer savvy
