Qualifications
Must be a Bachelors Degree Holder
Has at least minimum of 3 years related experience
Must have a client-oriented attitude and relevant experience in working within multicultural environments
Must have technical and creative ability and skill to curate, create, and edit multimedia content
Must have exceptional ability to translate complex technical information into simplified content
Must be an exceptional writer and editor
Must be highly skilled with design apps and tools
Willing to work in Ortigas as needed
Okay with Work from Home arrangement
Concerned with managing and updating IT knowledge materials
Primary Responsibilities: Content Curator, Multimedia Editor, Quality Control of IT knowledge materials and products
Detailed Tasks and Outputs
Content Management
1. Interface and coordinate with ITD's stakeholders and knowledge owners/producers (Indra, eCopy, Project Teams, L3, and subject matter experts) to improve quality and usability of knowledge materials and products
2. Develop and manage a complete and updated portfolio of IT knowledge materials
3. Manage knowledge products and content in the Knowledge Base and ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, effective
4. Edit IT knowledge products to ensure its compliance to set standards
5. Curate knowledge products and materials in Knowledge Base and other channels to achieve:
a. a better user-knowledge match
b. an improved predictive ability of the platform/s
6. Evaluate the usability, circulation, and consumption of knowledge materials
7. Review user statistics of knowledge materials and promote/edit content in terms of relevance
8. Assist the KM Manager in the execution of the KM Strategy
Research and Documentation
9. Undertake research to gain insights on improving knowledge products
10. Document processes/approaches/strategies employed in the knowledge interventions as well as the results and processes, good practices, and lessons learned
