QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in online selling and operations, preferably with Lazada and Shopee.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Strong customer focus, with the ability to create an optimal post-purchase customer experience.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional online shopping experience.
Willing to be assigned in Silang, Cavite.
