Description of the Role
Conduct Client Outreach and UGC Collection: Systematically review and communicate with clients regarding their orders to acquire user-generated content (UGC) and company/product reviews.
UGC Screening and Alignment: Assess UGC submissions to ensure they are in alignment with gen-z/college student trends and suitable for our target audience.
Compilation of Must Have UGC Lists: Create lists of must have UGC materials for product, organization, and theme content that follows gen-z fashion & pop culture trends.
Retrieval of UGC from Historical Orders: Examine previous orders that meet the criteria for the Must-Have UGC and retrieve relevant content from past clients.
Collaboration with Growth Team: Work with the rest of our Growth team on various projects to make sure the company's content is creative, relevant, and engaging with our target audience.
Keep Website Content Up To Date: Work with our Tech team to ensure website content remains up-to-date with relevant information such as client photos, reviews, product details, and more.
Identification of High-Quality Designs: Review proofs thoroughly, identifying and highlighting trendy client designs suitable for featuring on our website as part of our upcoming featured creator efforts.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English is a must
Strong time management & prioritization skills

Details
This is a WFH role, which could be based in India or the Philippines
We will eventually have an office in Hyderabad, India but working from the office is completely optional even if you are in India
Hours are Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm IST or 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm PHT
