Direct the development and execution of marketing and marketing communications initiatives including but not limited to site launches, marketing collateral development, tradeshow participation, social media presence, stakeholder relations (media, industry, government, academe, trade), internal communication, and corporate events to successfully deliver information and key messages to the public. . Support recruitment and talent acquisition by overseeing and approving the planning, advertising, and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail with respect to corporate image, message, and branding. . Serve as final approver for all internal and external communication materials including but not limited to visuals and content. . Direct market research activities to keep abreast of industry trends and other relevant issues in order to evaluate marketing and communication activities, while ensuring to monitor emerging issues. . Build and foster long-term working relationships with professional counterparts in other professional organizations, media, members of the community, advocacy organizations, and other community organizations through organizational initiatives and jointly-sponsored communication campaigns and programs. . Identify opportunities to support organizational initiatives and develop communications materials and programs to promote and publicize these activities. . Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for? . Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent. . Preferable with 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. . Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles. . Possesses good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods. . Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics. . Ability to multi-task following agile methodology in a fast-paced environment. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
