Responsibilities
• Assist CAP Director in driving business growth and sustaining long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Ensure digital strategies and campaign requirement are delivered and implemented at timely and efficient manner.
• Plan and present campaign KPIs to Client
• Build and maintain social media playbook and content editorial calendar.
• Track campaign performance for each client and its competitors and propose optimization points whenever necessary.
• Liaise with Content Creators and Producers to develop and produce campaign materials.
• Work with community managers to grow and engage communities and build escalation process for potential crisis management.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign progress.
• Keep abreast with new trends in content marketing and platforms.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
• 3-4 years agency experience or in a similar role.
• Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of HTML.
• Proficiency with popular content management systems.
• Experience with social media management.
• Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
• Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
• Strong leadership qualities.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
