Description:
PURPOSE
? Responsible for reaching out to the employees who has been exposed to COVID-19. Will provide health education and guidance to interrupt continuing disease transmission, guided by the company's standard protocols to obtain any symptom history and other significant health information.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Data Privacy Compliance
» Ensures safe keeping of all patient's medical records and adheres to the Data Privacy Policies.
» Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure that all information is collected in concordance with the organization's data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Company Activities
» Participates in the planning and execution of the company activities (Antigen test, Vaccination etc.) to effectively promote health and wellness among the employees.
» Recommends solutions that could improve the activities of the organization especially in record keeping and contact tracing.
» Adheres and Complies to the Local Government Unit's health and safety protocols.
Contact Tracing
» Employ dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, cultural competency/sensitivity, tactful language, and empathetic interviewing skills to build rapport and maintain trust with patients of varied backgrounds.
» Initiate prompt communication with people exposed to COVID- 19 (contacts) through text, phone calls, email, and other communication platforms, as necessary.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
suitable education
» College graduate: Bachelor of Science in Nursing/Psychology or Graduate of Contact Tracer NC I. Licensed nurse is an advantage.
significant practice:
» At least 6 months in the field and can provide health instructions, and make appropriate referrals to testing clinical services, and other essential support services With valid PRC license or Contact Tracer National Certification
Business knowledge:
» General knowledge, knowledge and practice in DOLE's OSHS Programs.
