Position Purpose:
We are looking for Contact Center Agents with Customer Service and Sales skills that will be the liaison between Transparent BPO's clients and their current and potential customers.
Additionally, contact center agents are responsible for meeting daily, weekly, monthly, or annual key performance indicators (KPIs) with quality standards.
General Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound customer calls to promote and sell products and services.
Handle customer concerns, needs and requirements.
Respond and resolve customer inquiries.
Clearly document transactional items with customers in the applicable platforms and systems
Maintain a high level of professionalism, sales / service skills with program and product knowledge to provide the best value-based solutions to the customer.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School diploma is required, some college education is preferred.
Experience/Skills:
Excellent English communication skills with American accent
Sales and customer service experience in the BPO industry for at least 3 years
Has a background on US health insurance or healthcare related products / services
Typing skills: at least 45 words per minute with 95% accuracy
Knowledge of Windows application, Microsoft Word and Excel, or similar software applications, proficiency preferred
Proficient in critical thinking skills, listening skills and conflict resolution
Experience on calling platforms like Avaya and Five9
Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels.
Demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintains confidentiality.
Great call resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proactive, very driven and goal oriented
Essential Requirements:
Must be available during dialing hours and able to adhere to the calling schedule
Must be able to multitask
Must be able to work independently
Effectively manages time as required
Quiet background (no dogs barking, roosters crowing, babies wailing, vehicular noise, etc.)
Required to work at night (Philippine time) or during the day (US time) for 42-45 hours per week
Resides in an area with no internet issues, power outages and that's least affected by typhoons
Open to the possibility of weekend calling
Technical Requirements:
Must have a home office set-up
Has a good PC/Laptop with Windows 10
PC/Laptop must have an anti-virus software and must be free from any virus
Minimum of 8GB RAM
Noise cancelling headset, USB type
Stable and high-speed wired internet connection (at least 10mbps). Must have a back-up connection from a different ISP.
Preferably with a power generator or an Uninterruptible Power Supply than can support PC usage and internet router for 8 hours or more.
