Consumer Electronics Services Operations Supervisor
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Supervise daily activity of trainer and field support
2. Dispatch FS (field support) on requested schedule and ensure to submit report within 24 hours
3. Submit quarterly training plan for new models and running model
4. daily monitoring of RRR,LTP and FTC and submit weekly report of failed due to technicians repair capability with improvement plan
5.Dashboard creation and management for all KPI's
6. Performance management
7.Optimization of schedule and overtime and on call basis alignment
8. Monthly preparation of performance report prior to submission of monthly invoice
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be a graduated of at least 4 years Technical or Management course with experience in Consumer Electronics
2. Computer Literate and MS Office expert or well versed
3. With Management skills
4. With technical knowledge of consumer electronics electronics
5. with excellent and communication skills
6. data analysis and reporting
