Job Summary
You will be one of the pioneering members in our outbound services team responsible for conducting
concierge calls and provider matching calls to clients with service requirements.
This is a work from home position. Night Shift hours. Monday-Friday 10 pm to 9 am Philippine time zone
(covering 4 US Time Zones).
Do you have more than 1 year experience making outbound calls - including appointment setting?
Do you have reliable internet, good computer specs and a quiet environment to be able to make high
quality calls?
Are you a responsible person that can be trusted to work remotely?
Can you handle night shift hours?
Are you someone with a great attitude with a proven history of hitting KPI's?
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand the project procedures and processes on how we engage and provide value to clients.
Familiar with simple provider data research.
Engage clients in phone conversations as their executive assistants. They should be able to hold phone
conversations that sound casual yet professional.
Assess conversations and calibrate on scoring each conversation.
Document conversations with precision and with sufficient clarity.
Send feedback to clients through crafted SMS and emails.
Keep up with numerous changes in the workplace including but not limited to processes, goals, and
requirements, and still meet project expectations
Highly motivated and process oriented and driven to meet deadlines and goals
Proven track record of initiative-building and implementation
Keep track of personal productivity and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Has proficient to advanced written and verbal communication skills
BPO Customer Service Agent Profile preferred.
Has at least 1 year BPO experience, preferably in a work from home environment
Has keen attention to detail and has familiarity with the use of several remote work tools.
Has the proven ability to multitask and think outside the box.
Has system requirements as mandated by the project
