> Must be a Licensed Architect
> With 5 years proven experience as Construction Superintendent in Vertical Projects
> In-depth understanding of construction procedure and material management principle
> With knowledge in Cost Estimating and quantity takeoff
>Familiarity with quality health and safety standard
>Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
> Ability to work under pressure, yet achieve maximum efficiency
> Must have a strong representation with various clients and subcontractors
> Must possess an unquestionable integrity
> Strong leadership and organization skills
> Good communication skills both written and oral
> Must be Computer Literate
> Able to work in flexible environment
> Willing to work extended hours
> Exposure in horizontal construction is an added advantage
>Willing to be assigned in Pasig City

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
