Is currently looking for:
CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR
Competitive Salary
SPECIFIC TASKS
Oversee multiple site operations schedule and team alignment.
Making sure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met.
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
Liaising with engineers, surveyors, clients and sub-contractors.
Review and coordinate on orders for stock replenishment with suggestion for quality supply
as necessary.
Surveying sites.
Manage equipment care and handling
Manage observance of safety and security of all sites.
Facilitate daily, weekly, monthly meetings to ensure that all team members up to date with
current standards and procedures.
Working knowledge of architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing scope
Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements
HR coordination: Report performance and behaviour of team members based of knowledge,
skills and work and job behaviour
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Structural Engineering or any related field
At least 5 – 8 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
Must have Driver’s License for 2-wheel and 4-wheel.
