Job Description
Salary Grade: 75,000 - 100,000 PHP a month
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources
Ensure all project stakeholders are aligned on project goals and expectations
Implement quality control measures to ensure panels meet industry-leading quality standards
Monitor project budgets and expenses to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining quality
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues proactively
Reports To: Account Manager, Partner
Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff
Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide clear direction to ensure project milestones are met
Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment
Primary Relationships: Partner Staff
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
Manage resource allocation and logistics to optimize workflow efficiency

Maintain open and transparent communication with all project stakeholders
Provide regular project status updates, reports, and documentation as required
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PH Time
Champion the company's commitment to reducing carbon footprint throughout the construction process
Seek innovative ways to incorporate sustainable practices into projects
Position Overview:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in custom framing or construction manufacturing
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Commitment to environmental sustainability
