Requirements:
College graduate in Civil/Structural Engineering
With vast experience in Civil/Structural Engineering and Construction Management
Board Passer in Civil / Structural Engineering or any equivalent courses
Knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Civil 3D/architectural desktop and AutoCad.
Ability to communicate well - both oral and written
Ability to prepare cost estimates and construction scheduling.
Willing to render overtime and/or nigh shift as needed.
With good leadership.
With experience in high-rise construction.
Job Description
General monitoring of operations. Charting out the project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements and selecting project participants.
Handles overall dept of operations. Bringing about optimum utilization of resources-labor, materials and equipment, and ensuring their procurement and most cost-effective terms.
In-charge of Project Planning Management Implementation of various operations through proper coordination.
Coordinate with clients to meet the budgetary allocations.
In-charge of Company Appropriation of the year.
Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants.
Performing risk and value management and cost control.
Check and review quantity and estimates.
Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations and provide measured thereto.
Must submit consolidated reports to VP for Operations and Chief Operating Officer.
Regulate memorandum for all operation project matters intended for projects.
Attend meetings for all projects and facilitates over-all project.
