Job Functions:
• Oversee, manage, and directly supervise construction of mid-rise buildings.
• Lead, convene, and collaborate with other professionals to build, maintain, and turn-over a mid-rise
building structure from ground up.
• Constantly provides updates and analyzes the vertical projects.
• Reports to Top Management.
• Request for necessary requirements and monitors usage of such requirements during the project.
• Checks, creates, and analyzes various plans for mid-rise condo building construction, provides
technical expertise to successfully complete mid-rise condo building project.
Job Requirements:
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
• With at least 10 years of experience on direct over-all supervision of vertical construction locally or
abroad.
• Equipped with knowledge on various vertical construction related fields such as Sanitary, Mechanical,
Electrical, Geodetic, Structural Engineering, Fire Protection, etc.
• With experience in Condominium construction project management.
