Is currently looking for: Construction Project Maintenance who is responsible for ensuring the continuous upkeep, repair, and safe operation of facilities, equipment, and structures within an active construction project. The role includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the project team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of vocational courses in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance (TESDA certified is a plus).
At least 1 year of experience in construction maintenance or related field.
Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical works, and equipment handling.
Ability to read basic technical drawings or manuals.
Physically fit and capable of working in a construction environment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
