Negotiable Temporary contract Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct site inspection for electrical / auxiliary works.
2. Prepare and check completeness documentation works (request for inspection for electrical/ auxiliary pipe layout.)
3. Attend the weekly meeting and site technical meeting
4. Prepare minutes of meeting for weekly and technical meeting
5. Prepare weekly report for electrical / auxiliary works
6. Review and evaluate contractor's progress billing for electrical /auxiliary items and variation order (if any).
7. Keep documentation safe and backed up (on site)
8. Keep files organized for CTP project
9. Conduct material inspection for OSM or Contractor material delivery (for electrical /auxiliary items)
10. Prepare daily site monitoring report
11. Prepare punch listing works for electrical and auxiliary
12. Witness for testing commissioning for electrical and auxiliary
13. Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Must have 2 - 5 years work experience gained from a construction project management (site development project and housing project) as Electrical Engineer
3. Work experience handling documentation for a construction company is a big advantage
4. With strong computer, communication and organizational skills to work with documents
5. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with the construction project team
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
7. Knowledgeable of AutoCAD and other software (MS Word, excel, powerpoint).
