CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
 
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
Must be very proficient with microsoft applications and Autocad
With at least 5 years experience as a construction/project manager for vertical/high rise constructions.
Knowledgeable in project supervision, monitoring, time and cost control and manpower scheduling
Can generate computerized pert-cpm and bar charts
With strong leadership & decision-making skills
Willing to travel
