Qualification Requirement:
Educational Attainment - BS in Civil Engineer / Architecture, With PRC license
Relevant year/s of experience - 5 Years as CM 
Knowledge and/or Skills - Project and/or Construction Management, Proficient in planning software (i.e. Primavera, MS Project); and Proficient in design software (i.e. AutoCAD, Revit)
Others: 
Knowledgeable in all architectural works and implementation
Experience in managing fit-out project (offices, residential, hotels, resorts, etc.
