The opportunity
Project: A 15,000-seat arena, convention centre and 2 hotel towers.
A full-time Construction Manager - Structural to be based in Cebu, Philippines.
You will part of an amazing global business and have the opportunity to work with experienced staff to develop your project management skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Participating in development of documentation and will supervise procurement process for allocated trade packages.
Onboarding contractors and establishment deliverable requirements whilst outlining MaceTpm and project specific expectations.
Monitoring progress performance and quality performance of contractor.
Scheduling and managing contractor progress meetings.
Conducting site safety inspections with project team and monitor safety of your allocated contractors.
Conducting daily site walks.
Reviewing contractor submissions.
Carrying out frequent QA/QC inspections.
