Your responsibilities will include: Managing the consultant and contractors' teams for fit-outdelivery across a major project. Working with consultants and subcontractors. Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures. Preparing the project programme, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved. Ensuring smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract. Identifying and predicting potential delays and action remedies. Keeping the project stakeholders informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues. Reviewing project scope and managing the budget and schedule. Performing cost analysis as and when required. Participating in design reviews. Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures. Reviewing issues to drive continuous improvement.
