The opportunity
Project: A 15,000-seat arena, convention centre and 2 hotel towers.
A full-time Construction Manager- Electrical to be based in Cebu, Philippines.
You will part of an amazing global business and have the opportunity to work with experienced staff to develop your project management skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating electrical design.
Working with consultants and subcontractors.
Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
Supervising the progress of work and run M&E trades.
Preparing the project programme, including the delivery strategy and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Ensuring smooth and timely flow of information between all parties to the contract.
Identifying and predicting potential delays and action remedies.
Keeping the project stakeholders informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues.
Reviewing project scope and managing the budget and schedule.
Performing cost analysis as and when required.
Participating in design reviews.
Managing safety and quality aspects of the project in accordance with company procedures.
Reviewing issues to drive continuous improvement.
