Project/Construction Managers responsible for planning and overseeing the project with different construction projects from beginning to end. Balancing of the budget, keeping track of supplies, collaborating with contractors and subcontractors and ensuring all regulations are met and permits acquired. *Provides technical advice, supervises staff on site and ensures that their packages are completed on time and within budget. *10years of experience - preferably with high-rise and mid-rise construction experience *Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect *With good analytical skill
