CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Job Summary:
Primary technical point of contact and accountable for his assigned project. Responsible for the coordination with CS Department, Property Management Department as well as other Departments if required. A Project Officer's responsibilities include schedule preparation, pre-planning, supervision and resource forecasting for engineering, and other technical activities relating to his assigned project.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Architecture (Licensed or unlicensed)
At least five (5) years of working experience relevant to the job. Working abroad is a plus advantage.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Technical skills and the ability to use design and project management software
