JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate construction work according to priorities and plans
Monitor attendance and productivity of workers.  Ensure that workers are properly maximize.  Identify the right manning requirement and skills-set based on project requirements.
Assign daily tasks to workers according to project timelines and priorities
Discipline, coach and mentor workers in accordance to the company quality standards and values
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
With at least six (6) years experience working from a reputable construction company.
Has experience in Architectural projects:
     - Building Painting
     - Waterproofing
     - Cracks repairs and sealant
     - Ceiling & Tiles installation
     - Glass Panel & Automatic door installation
     - Airconditioning installation
     - Structural Retrofitting
Knowledgeable of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
Has the ability to read construction drawings, plans and blueprints.
Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Has Good Personal Values.
