Description
The Construction and Maintenance will be responsible on full project management of construction plans for the client's retail gasoline stations within the assigned region and on ensuring repair, maintenance (breakdown and preventive), and rehabilitation or renovation to maintain good operating conditions.
Job Specifications:
Inspecting site with Network Development to determine construction or maintenance requirements.
Collaborating with design engineers on station layout and other standards and specifications and with third-party contractors for project implementation.
Determining proper estimates and costing for materials and contracts involved in station construction or maintenance.
Leading charge in project implementation, aligning technical concerns on site, monitoring progress, and securing safety during the entire project.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or any equivalent degrees
At least two years of experience in construction project management for any commercial establishments, with retail gas station experience as a plus
Experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronics work is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills, experienced in talking with people of different levels
Amenable to work in any part of Luzon
