Job Description: About this Opportunity
Configuration Analyst designs RPA solutions with enterprise leading practices and design principles by working closely with the business analysts and business process owners. They support the testing and deployment of completed automation projects
What You'll Do
Designs automated solutions in accordance with enterprise leading practices and design principles using tools like BluePrism, Automation Anywhere etc
Assists in the collection and documentation of solution design requirements
Builds and tests automation processes including integration and unit testing
Analyzes and resolves automation software issues where required
Participates in peer review of solution designs
Supports business process owners during user acceptance testing
Identifies and communicates risks associated with process automation candidates
Supports skills transfer by mentoring newly trained resources on best practices and development techniques
Supports investigation and remediation of production level issues
Supports production deployments processes and performance testing
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Sound Like You?
Minimum of 3 years of IT experience
Minimum 2 years of programming experience with an automation software
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
Additional Qualifications
Awareness of standard SDLC processes (e.g., agile, waterfall, etc.) and change control disciplines
Possesses good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
Ability to blend business analysis with technical skillset to develop efficient processes
