Your Mission
Administration and maintenance of an ITIL aligned production configuration management database for Airline industry
Liaise with multiple teams across technology to ensure data integrity, process adoption, and ongoing maintenance of mission critical service maps and CI Dependencies
Administer an efficient and robust configuration management process, recognizing the different levels of process maturity across different teams, with particular focus on encouraging and educating those teams with low levels of process maturity and experience.
Work with operational process leads to improve the performance, maturity and adoption of operational processes.
Quarterly reporting and ongoing audit validation of mission critical service maps and CI dependencies with SME Service owners
Identify, recommend and implement continuous improvement to the configuration management processes, with associated configuration changes to delivery tools, such as ServiceNow.

Qualifications:
Graduate of any IT related roles
At least 2+ years in similar role
Extensive knowledge in infrastructure services
Experience in ServiceNow CMDB
ITIL certification v3 or v4 preferred
