Condo and Office Cleaner / Utility Personnel
Your Job:
- Will report to the boss's condo and office. (they are near each other, walking distance in between). Your job in the condo is to help the day to day chores and assist with a 4-year old toddler around. Your job in the office is described below.
Work Scope
- Ensure cleanliness of the premises, toilets, pantry and surrounding areas daily
- Collect and dispose garbage properly
- Notify HR/Admin for any defects and repair to be done
- Gathering papers, documents, parcels
- Run errands, but not limited to bank transaction, pick up documents, messengerial duties when needed.
- Perform other task assigned.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Open to flexible schedule and working long hours if needed.
- Honest and hard-working, with initiativeness.
What We Are Looking for:
- Female, 25-40 years old
- Can speak and communicate at least basic english
- At least High School Graduate
- Preferably with at least 3-6 months experience in a company as Utility Cleaner, Housekeeping, Caretaker or any related experience.
- With valid license or certificates, if applicable
- Preferably residing in Makati and willing to work in Makati
What We Need From You:
- With complete government mandatories (SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth and Tin Nunmber)
- With clearances (NBI, Police and Brgy)

Full Time
Salary:
- 13,000 php / a month
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday:
- 10AM to 2PM - condo
- 3PM to 7PM - office
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Preferably living around Makati, or reliably can commute or planning to relocate in Makati before work.
- Office and condo is located near Greenbelt 1
