Job Description
Responsible for the preparation, placement, and finishing of concrete elements on various construction sites.
Mix and prepare concrete according to specifications. Ensure the proper ratios of cement, sand, aggregate, and water.
Assemble, install, and dismantle forms and molds for concrete elements, including walls, slabs, and columns.
Pour and spread concrete into forms, ensuring even distribution and proper compaction.
Check and ensure that the quality and consistency of the concrete mix meet project specifications and standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Able to communicate in English
Must know how to read drawings/blueprints
Must have done at least one of the following in their work in element factory: Wall Elements, Pillars, Sandwhich Panel and Hollow Panel
