CONCIERGE
 
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or any related field.
1-2 years of experience in a concierge role or a similar customer service position.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and clients.
Must possess a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on Sundays, holidays, and flexible schedules as required by operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information and assistance to mall visitors regarding store locations, mall services, events, and ongoing promotions.
Assist with lost and found concerns, public announcements, and other customer assistance services.
Support daily mall operations by coordinating with tenants, security, and other departments as needed.
