CONCIERGE
 
The Concierge is responsible for the following:
Keeping the casino guests comfortable in every way.
Tending to the needs of guests, handling hotel bookings, reservations, dispatching cars, coordinating with office activities, greetings to guests, answering phone calls, handling inquiries and requests from both inbound and outbound.
Duties/Responsibilities
Welcoming guests upon their arrival with greetings and a smile.
Ensuring VIP guests enjoy themselves throughout their stay within the premises.
Providing information to the guests about the casino games and services provided.
Keeping guests happy all through their stay to ensure they come back for more patronage.
Performing hotel bookings, flight bookings, restaurant reservations, and other authorized arrangements.
Dispatching/arranging car transportation requests by the Directors and guests.
Answering phone calls and providing information and assistance accordingly.
Exchanging cash to chips into dead chips (rolling chips: dead chips and live chips).
Handling guest complaints.
Performs other duties as needed and directed.

Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to communicate in a clear, timely, and professional manner with all staff members and guests.
Dynamic and personable; take action and results-oriented.
Ability to stand and/or walk for hours at a time.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work various shifts, weekends, and at night.
