Job Description
Distribute patient's list, hospital census, OR & DR sched, nursery census, admission & discharge reports to concerned deptartments.
Coordinates with supervisors, K10, & orderly for releasing of the cadaver.
Relieves telephone operator
Observes excellent customer relations at all times
Gives information regarding patients, doctor's room, clinic hours & location of diff. depts.
Receive external mails and coordinates to persons/dept. concerned.
Receives & coordinates requests for ambulance.
Issue electric appliance gate pass to patients.
Prepares newspapers for distribution to patient's rooms, officers % other depts. of the hospital.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
