• Relays requests to respective departments.
• Handle reservation of amenities/function rooms.
• Welcomes and greets all guests when they arrive at the lobby.
• Escorting visitors when needed.
• Handles complaints and concerns from tenants.
• Assists in getting transportation service they need.
Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience
