Develops computer applications or software for specific projects to cater to the needs of specific departments and for general use
Update, repair, modify and expand existing programs based on the needs of users
Effectively instruct users on new or upgraded computer applications; ensure that users are aware of the task and understand the program
Monitors database jobs and capacity status
Provides on site, phone and e-mail support to users
Troubleshoots and solves all software application problems
Use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines and procedures in dealing with computer hardware problems and issue.
